I firmly believe that Bill Schwind was not the General Manager for Sun City West. In fact, he started the Rot. As Rome was not built in a day nor could it fall in a day! The recall was like an intervention to slow and then stop the decline of Sun City West. It is now time to rebuild SCW back to the Grand Plans of Del Webb, Johnson and Meeker. My Take: 1. There is no reason that Dues should be twice as much as Sun City. 2. There is no reason that Golf for Members and their guests should be twice as much as Sun City. 3. There is no reason that Chartered clubs RR&P's are 63 pages and allow different  rules for different clubs based on if they make money or not!
